DATUS’ product portfolio offers a variety of premium systems for voice-, data-, and video applications. DATUS’ IP telephony systems connect the advantages of modern IP telephony with the accustomed functions and qualities of ISDN telephony. Their exposed system design gives the maximum of flexibility and makes it possible to connect a wide range of end devices (IP, ISDN, analog), as well as the interworking of different application platforms (UC, CTI etc.). The voice and media gateways excel through their “Quality of Service” mechanisms and the variety of supported voice protocols within the IP and ISDN sector. As “manufacturer-independent” systems, these systems can operate with a lot of different VoIP switch systems (Softswitch, Call-Manager, IP-Centrex) and classical ISDN telephony systems. Central switch systems (IP-Centrex, SipXchange, Peering-Switch, Media Gateway Controller), DSL-VPN-Router with QoS and security-functions as well as “Power over Ethernet“ (PoE) switches make the DATUS VoIP /IP telephony portfolio more perfect and possible to realize even larger and more complex VoIP and IP telephony solutions. The video surveillance systems of DATUS target a market with highest requirements for quality, availability and reliability. Also, the innovative concept “guarding not alarming” already fulfills the surveillance requirements of tomorrow.
