DATUS Corp. offers a complete solution portfolio for “managed and hosted voice services”. This portfolio contains all required equipment, from telephones to switches, routers and gateways up to central exchange platforms, voice exchange and termination in compliance with all applicable laws (telecommunication act) as well as a complete service portfolio.
Carriers and providers, who want to supply their business customers with “managed” and/or “hosted voice services”, DATUS solution portfolio allows to act as a provider for their end customers, without establishing an own exchange platform, or employing an office and service staff. DATUS services cover e.g.:
  • Setup, configuration and operation of central exchange platforms
  • Installation, configuration and startup of the customer’s locations
  • Support(Call Center), maintenance, change-management, replacement, logistic engineering, project planning and management at complex projects of business customers

Installation

DATUS Corp. offers an installation services as a "completely carefree package". The entire installation will be performed in place of the customer.

Maintenance

Furthermore, a Change-Management, as well as execution of rollouts, is offered. If required, DATUS Corp. will take charge of the planning.

Training center

The DATUS Training center is integrated within the main branch office in Aachen. At present it includes three training classrooms.
