  • Staff of the ITC sector, who will require intensive familarization of configuration and administration of Office Point 34xx systems

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of network engineering

  • basic knowledge of configuring DATUS systems are recommended

Description:

The Office Point 34xx systems offer an integrated telephony system function, an integrated router function and optionally an integrated LAN-Ethernet switch. Therefore it is possible to connect end devices like telephones, Fax devices or workstations, without operating further external devices.
This DATUS product seminar makes you familiar with configuration and administration of above mentioned functions and components. After finishing the seminar, you will be able to configure main functions and analize malfunctions, occuring during operation.
The knowledge imparted during the theoretical part is delved through practical presentations and excersises at the system.

Installation

DATUS Corp. offers an installation services as a "completely carefree package". The entire installation will be performed in place of the customer.

Maintenance

Furthermore, a Change-Management, as well as execution of rollouts, is offered. If required, DATUS Corp. will take charge of the planning.

Training center

The DATUS Training center is integrated within the main branch office in Aachen. At present it includes three training classrooms.
